This comprehensive endeavor involved enhancements to both interior units and communal spaces, aiming to elevate the living experience for our valued residents. Within the interior units, residents can now enjoy a fresh and contemporary atmosphere with new paint, luxurious vinyl flooring, upgraded lighting, modern cabinets and hardware, a stylish subway tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and energy-efficient kitchen appliances. The transformation extended beyond individual units to amenity and common areas, where a brand-new leasing office, a co-working environment converted from a theater room, and a conference area with individual workspaces were introduced. Outdoor spaces received a makeover as well, with the existing large flower bed revamped into a serene pool lounge area. The expanded lounge now boasts sunshades, comfortable furniture, and a fire pit, complemented by the addition of durable and attractive Trex decking.
