Chris leads Peak Renovations and is responsible for construction project development, oversight and scope development. Additionally, Chris oversees the team responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget while enforcing quality standards and implementing safety controls. Chris brings over 20 years of experience from many aspects of operations and sales across both multi-family and commercial construction. In just that time, among his accomplishments are successfully running multi-million-dollar renovations projects, developing an estimating and shared services production department while overseeing the growth of a construction company to nearly triple its revenue in less than three years, and managing a team of over 20 people. Chris is graduate of Baylor University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Sociology. He remains active in his community, having served as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT for the Frisco Fire Department, liaison for Dallas Leadership Foundation’s Celebration of Hope event and serving as a Welcome Team and Medical Team member at his church.
